- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

Job DescriptionWith the NAR changes coming in July 2024, you need a company that will support you with seller-focused opportunities. That's what we offer at Matt O'Neill Real Estate.
We offer $400,000 a year in seller lead generation that produces hundreds of seller leads each week. We also have a brand name that resonates with sellers and a track record of $3 Billion in Charleston homes sold.
We also have a team of inside sales agents who set appointments for our agents. Your job is to show up and sign the client.
If you know how to convert sellers into signed clients and convert listings into ratified contracts, we want to talk with you. We are looking for people who are hard workers, who are not afraid of the phone, and who are looking to not just survive these NAR changes, but thrive in the new environment with us.
Compensation:$200,000+ at plan commission
