    Compensation:

    $100,000 + annually based on performance

    Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:
    • To qualify for this position as a Realtor - Licensed Sales Agent in Charleston, you must possess an active South Carolina Real Estate License or be actively working towards obtaining one.
    • Proficiency in utilizing Google Systems Efficiency is required for this role.
    • Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively interact with leads in this position.
    • Demonstrating professionalism in all interactions and transactions is a key qualification for this role.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary for success as a Realtor - Licensed Sales Agent.
    • Being detail-oriented, especially in writing contracts, is a crucial qualification for this position.
    • Demonstrate a hard-working attitude to excel in this role.
    • Bringing real estate experience, negotiation skills, and a high level of customer service is expected in this position.
