    About You:

    As our HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in advancing the Company's strategic growth and development initiatives. Your responsibilities encompass managing diverse HR processes, cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws. We are seeking a proactive and versatile professional who thrives in handling a spectrum of HR responsibilities with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Collaborating closely with management, your role will involve integrating human resource solutions to address various opportunities within the company. This multifaceted position includes active participation in performance management, talent management, compensation strategy, employee engagement, and HR administration. Additionally, you will significantly contribute to enhancing and implementing new HR processes to align with the organization's evolving needs, promoting positive relationships among employees, managers, and teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support leaders in implementing Business/HR strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Scale HR processes strategically to support the company's projected growth.
    • Implement and administer HR programs and procedures, including performance reviews and employee engagement surveys.
    • Drive and support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on change communication and employee engagement efforts.
    • Monitor and report on relevant HR metrics for data-informed decision-making.
    • Provide guidance to managers on handling sensitive employee issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
    • Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to promote company culture and ensure legal compliance.
    • Advise and influence managers with day-to-day HR-related issues.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and facilitate open enrollment processes.
    • Champion, develop, and align HR strategy for added value services and Return on Investment.
    • Participate in compliance-related activities, including HR audits and investigations.
    • Help build an inclusive culture of excellence and contribute to employee growth and development.
    • Manage the onboarding process for new hires and conduct orientation sessions.
    • Oversee training and development initiatives, identifying skills gaps and implementing appropriate programs.
    • Implement and administer employee policies and procedures, identifying ways to improve.

    Education + Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field experience is preferred
    • 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
    • Thorough knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws, regulations and HR best-practices
    • Ability to handle both tactical and strategic assignments

    • High energy and ability to influence without authority
    • Flexible, resourceful and comfortable working in fast moving, changing circumstances/environments
    • Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills
    • Computer aptitude; include Excel and PowerPoint experience
    • Proven ability to operate with integrity and build trust-based relationships
