    Supervisor, Warehousing and Services is responsible for supervising warehouses supporting distribution, manufacturing or site services such as MRO or delivery services in Lake County.

    The Supervisor will ensure the Manager's expectations for routine activities are met and may manage small projects within the area.

    Responsible to ensure facilities meet AbbVie external or internal customer expectations and support. Must maintain all Quality, Regulatory, Financial and Global Trade compliance expectations for the area. Ensure full compliance with FDA, DEA, OSHA, GTC, TSA and other regulatory expectations. Expected to maintain efficient and compliant operations ready to meet any internal, customer or regulatory audit. Required to maintain a safe and secure facility ensuring employee safety and product integrity. Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
    Ensure directed reports are appropriately trained to complete assigned tasks and complete formal written and verbal performance reviews as scheduled
    Monitor daily work operations and provides direction to predominantly nonexempt and entry level staff to achieve unit or departmental goals
    work schedules, vacation schedules, leaves) and makes or directs modifications in the database to reflect actual change
    Develops and/or identifies new work processes and the improved utilization of human and material resources within the assigned area or related departments; investigates and solves basic problems that impact work processes and personnel within a unit or department
    Bachelor degree preferred with 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
    May be required to attain Controlled Drug Agent status gained by passing the security screening process and training processes depending on department
    Must be able to read and understand procedures written in English
