- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize revenue
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback to ensure a positive experience
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure highquality service delivery
- Manage budgets and control expenses to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and attract new guests
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management or related field
- Strong knowledge of phone systems, front desk operations, and guest services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in budgeting and revenue management
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
