- Manage and maintain the incident case management system and other essential tools.
- Organize and maintain records accurately to support team operations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations for ACT, including data management and vendor relationships.

- Develop and implement policies and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Create and execute solutions to enhance processes and overall team performance.

- Monitor KPIs to track progress and identify improvement opportunities.

- 3 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience with a Master's degree.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent judgment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment.
