You will strengthen our team with these tasks:

  • Proper takeover, management, decommissioning of supply systems in municipal buildings
  • Conducting and evaluating safety inspections of supply systems in municipal buildings
  • Timely elimination of all identified deviations resulting from safety inspections (NRW Accident Insurance, ASD)
  • Taking all immediate measures to eliminate identified deviations resulting from recurring inspections and fire inspections, as well as initiating further measures
  • Initiating troubleshooting within the scope of maintenance
  • Commissioning and coordinating maintenance and inspection services for supply systems, including developing an economic maintenance plan
  • Legally compliant documentation of maintenance measures taken
  • Coordination and implementation of measures to comply with the Drinking Water Ordinance, Building Energy Act
