As a System Architect, your role is to define and communicate a shared technical and architectural landscape for an Agile Release Train (ART) in Plains, GA.

You will work closely with team architects and product managers to ensure technical integrity, security concepts, and common implementation patterns across multiple products of our Health Data Platform.

Collaboration with other system architects and solution architects is crucial to ensure integrability across the HDP ecosystem and drive technological excellence.

Your main tasks will include planning, defining, and designing the architectural landscape of the ART, coordinating technical solutions and dependencies with other system architects from dependent or connected ARTs, and coordinating implementation with medical Zeiss device development and shared Zeiss IT services.

You will also collaborate with solution architects to ensure that solutions created by each ART and supplier fit into the architectural framework of the HDP ecosystem.

Additionally, you will work with product and solution managers to determine capacity allocation for enablement work needed to develop features, create and track technical enablers, and support technology and engineering aspects of the program.

Your profile should include a Master's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience as a solution or system architect building digital products from concept to launch.

Strong communication and leadership skills in key software engineering positions are essential, and prior experience in architecture roles in agile organizations is a must, with experience in medical software development being a plus.
