    ADMIRAL BEVERAGE (DISTRIBUTOR OF 7UP, PEPSI AND OTHER GREAT BEVERAGES) IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCE OFFICE MANAGER TO JOIN OUR AMAZING SANTA FE, NM TEAM.

    THIS POSIITON DOES REQUIRE A 4 YEAR DEGREE AND RELEVENT EXPERIENCE. DUE TO NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS BEING HANDLED, APPLICANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE.

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Coordinates activities of clerical and other administrative support personnel by performing the following duties.

    • Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as typing, bookkeeping, time keeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
    • Evaluates office production, revises procedures, or devises new forms and procedures to improve efficiency of workflow.
    • Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices
    • Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records.
    • Plans office layouts and initiates cost reduction programs.
    • Reviews office workflows, documents and processes to insure completeness , accuracy and timeliness.
    • Prepares activities reports for guidance of management.
    • Coordinates activities of various clerical workers within department.
    • Presents professional image by wearing appropriate business attire and grooming.
    • Conducts orientation sessions for new employees.
    • Completes, distributes and files new hire paperwork.
    • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Directly supervises up to 10 non-supervisory employees. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assignin g and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    4 YEAR degree or equivalent AND related experience and/or training. Requires knowledge of office information systems including the use of personal computers and applications software for word processing, spreadsheets and network communications.

    PAY RATE: DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

    SHIFT: MONDAY- FRIDAY
