Tasks

• Planning of construction execution as well as shaping and controlling the construction process
• Recording of all non-contractual services, such as changes in quantities compared to the work calculation, services from additional orders, services from project errors or deviations in the execution plan
• Allocation of work for own and external construction site personnel
• Maintaining records for the remuneration of employees (m/f/d) on the construction site
• Performing terrain surveys, surveying work, and stakeouts, among others
• Supporting the construction management in contact with clients and authorities
• Participation in meetings with construction managers (m/f/d) and subcontractors to ensure timely construction progress
• Maintaining the construction diary in agreement with the responsible construction management
• Timely determination of material requirements, procurement of materials, monitoring and disposition of material deliveries and returns in agreement with the construction management
• Checking the work documents of the employees of subcontractors
• Implementation of occupational safety and health protection measures
