The Director will manage and oversee aspects of pre-opening and post opening of a private preschool, including health and safety, meals, enrollment and financial wellness, marketing, compliance, staffing, recruiting, training, and delivery of high-quality education and care and other as needed.

- Learn all essential functions for each position in the school.
- A strong commitment and ability to building positive relationships with students, staff, families and the community
- Strong leadership qualities and business management skills.
- A Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Education Management or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
- At least 5 years' experience managing a large group students), EEC licensed program.
- Holds EEC Director II qualifications, CPR & First Aid Certified
- Holds a Food Service Manager Certificate or willing to obtain one.
- Excellent Organization skills, Time Management, Self-Motivated and Goal Driven,
- Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management.
- Demonstrated responsibilities in overseeing all school operations, including human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Operating Social Media Platforms
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
