Junior Sales Manager for Employer Branding - Lakewood, United States - Zenith Ventures

Are you ready to start with us and face new challenges every day? As a Sales Manager at our company, you will acquire new corporate clients for THE solution to the shortage of skilled workers and market a product that you can fully stand behind.
What can you expect?
- You will communicate daily with top decision-makers and market our products in the areas of employer branding and recruiting to corporate clients
- You will advise your clients via phone and video call on how to attract students and young professionals using our products
- You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle: from initial contact to product presentation and proposal discussions, to closing the deal and long-term customer care
- You will actively participate in diverse trainings and develop into a top performer in sales
What should you bring?
- You have a degree (in business administration, humanities, social sciences, or similar) or a completed vocational training (e.g. in a commercial field)
- You are passionate about sales and enjoy advising clients
- Your communication skills, determination, and persuasive abilities set you apart
- You ideally have some experience in sales or customer relations, but motivation and personality are most important
- You speak German at least at a C1 level
