Job Overview:

At Revival Painting, we are looking for painters with a variety of experience to join our those who are eager to learn the trade to skilled and experienced painters.

You would be working on jobs throughout Santa Cruz County and Santa Clara County.


Assistant Painter Responsibilities:

• The ability to follow directions, be on time and use good communication skills
• Willingness to take feedback and learn the trade
• Sand, caulk holes, paint, stain, etc at the direction of the Lead on the project
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time

Lead Painter Responsibilities and Experience:

• The ability to follow directions, be on time and use good communication skills
• Ability to work alone at a job site to complete the job
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time
• Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
• Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
• Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques
