We are looking for a dedicated employee to support and further expand our company, Immobilien- GmbH Roth, in West Linn. As a real estate agent, real estate merchant, or property manager (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in our team.

Immobilien- GmbH Roth is a subsidiary of the Roth family of entrepreneurs. We offer traditional real estate services such as property valuation and brokerage, both for our own portfolio and for external properties.

• Acquisition and support of property owners
• Brokerage of existing properties
• Creation of exposés for end customers and for marketing on portals
• Preparation of property and project evaluations

• Professional experience in real estate brokerage or sales motivation
• Good knowledge of the real estate market and local area in West Linn
• Acquisition and negotiation skills
• Good general computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, various browsers)
• Native-level proficiency in spoken and written German
