    We are looking for a skilled and seasoned individual to join our team as a Sr. Field Install Technician. As a part of this role, you will be tasked with commissioning Honeywell control systems, particularly in the realm of HVAC. These systems are crafted by Honeywell's in-house engineers, set up by Electrical Subcontractors, and then fine-tuned by our field technicians in various commercial spaces including office buildings, schools, universities, airports, and hospitals.

    • Responsibilities:
    • - Commissioning control systems by installing pre-engineered software, checking system functionality, starting up, and optimizing their performance to meet customer needs and project specifications.
    • - Leveraging productivity tools like wireless commissioning to enhance effectiveness.
    • - Addressing hardware and software issues, implementing required software adjustments to fulfill specific demands.
    • - Collaborating with other professionals, clients, contractors, and Honeywell engineering to ensure seamless project completion.
    • - Assisting system balancer when needed.
    • - Performing fundamental system tests as outlined in contracts.
    • - Managing Honeywell's resources, including tools, software, and site records.
    • - Maintaining accurate documentation and paperwork.
    • - Conducting site hazard and risk evaluations for Honeywell tasks, guaranteeing proper safety equipment usage.
    • - Acquiring essential security clearances as per client mandates.
    • - Ability to travel within the designated service area, occasionally requiring overnight stays.
    • - Holding a valid driver's license and a commendable driving record.

    Basic Requirements:

    • - 3 years' hands-on technical experience with HVAC building automation systems
    • - 3 years of familiarity with building systems, programming, PC operations, and general networking
    • - 1 year of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and web browsers
    • - Must possess a valid driver's license

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • - Proficiency in Niagara N4
    • - Niagara certification
    • - HVAC license
    • - Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical diagrams and drawings
    • - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
