Your responsibilities

You will help us build crossfunctional Scrum teams and continuously support your colleagues as a source of inspiration and motivation
You will foster a passion for agile methods and mindsets
Close collaboration with our Product Owners and other Scrum Masters/teams is an important part of your role
You ensure optimal communication and information flow between development teams
With your dedication, you support the team and positively influence the development of each team member
You organize and facilitate regular retrospectives and other Scrum artifacts to continuously improve our teams
You identify potential tensions and work towards positive and respectful solutions

Your profile

You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master and are skilled in supporting crossfunctional teams
You have learned about agile methods and processes through studies or training
You are passionate about innovation, current trends, and lifelong learning
Your indepth knowledge of moderation, change management, and team development is applied confidently
You enjoy promoting selforganization and responsibility and have
