- Assists Technician Specialist with the unit turnover process-including coordinating painting and floor covering replacement, ordering replacement appliances and fixtures and parts as needed.
- Scheduling and maintaining business relationships with outside vendors and contractors.
- Assists with conducting pre and post turnover inspections and working with the Turnover Team to assure all punch list items are complete.
- Works with Building Services Coordinator to maintain timelines and release units.
- Participate in weekly turnover meetings.
- Assists with minor repairs to appliances, fixtures, lighting, electrical etc.
- Assists with orders of parts, appliances and other equipment; confirming deliveries, tracking backorders, maintaining accurate maintenance records for upgrades and refurbishments.
- Distribute and track keys and fobs for facility; make additional keys as needed.
- Update and distribute Appliance Manuals as apartments are refurbished.
- Attend in-service training and continuing education programs when appropriate.
- Assist with property maintenance when needed including grounds.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three years of experience in multiple community settings, supporting multiple employee departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
- Experience with basic accounting.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellence in customer and personal services.
- Willingness to embrace and exemplify St. John's Brand Characteristics.

This is a full time, 40 hours per week position located at St. John's Meadows.
Position Summary: The Renovation Turnover Technician is responsible for assisting with the turnover process of recently vacated apartments and residential units to prepare for new resident move-ins. Turnover includes but is not limited to painting, minor repairs, coordinating flooring requests, and punch list verification. Responsibilities include:
