    CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Sales experience preferred, but not required
    • Vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
    • Driven to succeed
    • Comfortable with heights, able to carry and climb ladders

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Maintain a positive attitude and eagerness to assist others
    • Follow up on provided lead appointments and engage in cold calling
    • Conduct thorough inspections of roofs and exteriors, documenting any damage
    • Provide professional roofing and construction estimates to prospects
    • Act as insurance claim consultants for homeowners in storm-damaged areas
    • Generate business through door knocking, lead generation, and referrals
    • Secure signed agreements with payment to initiate projects
    • Provide necessary documentation to the production team to commence roofing projects
    • Be available at roofing projects to address customer queries and offer services to neighbors
    • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions
