IT Support Employee (m/f/d)

Full-time, permanent position, Bochum

JOB DESCRIPTION

g.a.s.t. in Bochum is looking to fill a position in IT support as soon as possible. The position is initially limited to two years.

YOUR TASKS

  • You support users in application support by analyzing error patterns via phone, ticket system, or in person
  • You diagnose and resolve technical issues within the scope of application support
  • You ensure that IT inquiries are answered promptly and solutions are provided
  • You create and update instructions and documentation for problem solutions
  • You test new software and software versions and support the IT team in software tests as part of g.a.s.t.'s sprint developments
  • You work together with developers and administrators to identify and solve IT problems
  • You conduct user trainings

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed IT training, ideally as an IT specialist or IT system management specialist - career changers with experience in IT support are also welcome
  • Practical experience in IT support for users (remote/on-site) and handling of a ticket system
