- Management of
NY No-Fault / PIP files - Negotiation of settlements
- Telephone conferences with clients, claims adjusters, adversaries, etc.
- Preparation Forthright arbitration submissions
- Preparation of fee scheduled breakdowns
- Preparation of status analysis to clients
- Document review
- Calendar coordination
- Preparation of correspondence
- Maintain Fee Schedule template
Requirements:
- Should have past experience with: Pre-File Paralegal duties such as fee scheduling, demand attachments, pre & post appeals process, prepare post service appeals, understanding appeals.
- Must Have: previous experience determining what's outstanding, negotiating settlements.
- Apps and Platforms experience: Excel, Forthright, eLaw, PDF Editor, Outlook Business Suite
