Responsibilities:

• Management of
  NY No-Fault / PIP files
• Negotiation of settlements
• Telephone conferences with clients, claims adjusters, adversaries, etc.
• Preparation Forthright arbitration submissions
• Preparation of fee scheduled breakdowns
• Preparation of status analysis to clients
• Document review
• Calendar coordination
• Preparation of correspondence
• Maintain Fee Schedule template

Requirements:

• Should have past experience with: Pre-File Paralegal duties such as fee scheduling, demand attachments, pre & post appeals process, prepare post service appeals, understanding appeals.
• Must Have: previous experience determining what's outstanding, negotiating settlements.
• Apps and Platforms experience: Excel, Forthright, eLaw, PDF Editor, Outlook Business Suite
