Job summary
We are searching for a highly motivated Modernization Project Manager to oversee coordination of activities on large modernization projects in Baltimore, MD.- Ensure flawless execution of each project by completing on schedule, within budget and meets all technical & safety standards regulatory compliance requirements customer expectations
- Coordinate all contract activities from the project award stage to completion or project provide a progress review of projects ensure that contract documents are consistent with the required scope of the project
- Proactively communicate with multiple client representatives including general contractors owners building managers architects designers State Local authorities regulatory agencies concerning project design preparations scheduling installation equipment
- Candidate should be versed in contract writing administration perform customary construction process duties include managing billing consultant contractors payments processing RFIs optimizing change order opportunities maximizing project cash coverage accurately interpret construction contractual documents contract modifications determine cost such change accurately analyze situations assist developing contingencies estimates.
