Responsibilities
- Monitor project budgets submit monthly re-estimates identify resolve cost variances related to materials labor equipment ensure change orders claims properly documented tracked submitted promptly oversee accurate timely job billing follow collections problem accounts review maintain thorough understanding project requirements serve resource project team uphold scope work address requests out-of-scope tasks conduct regular site visits monitor progress compliance perform material take-offs solicit competitive bids evaluate proposals cost-effectiveness schedule alignment ensure timely cost-efficient material purchases submit required documentation provide project status updates during monthly reviews maintain comprehensive organized project files develop efficient cost-effective plans meet project requirements manage vendor schedules scopes within timelines
