Essential Functions:
professional who estimates property boundaries and measures land features for construction projects, mapmaking, mining, and legal purposes.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct surveys on land sites and properties.
  • Prepare worksheets, plats, and boundary descriptions.
  • Provide consultation on land development projects.
  • Supervise and mentor a construction team.
  • Provide control lines.
  • Review drawings.
  • Quality control on pours and concrete.
  • Figure concrete yards on every pour.
  • Communicate with clients, staff, and construction crew.
  • Inspect buildings for defects and advise on renovation costs.
  • Calculate land boundaries in various locations.
  • Generate accurate maps and reports of survey results.
