  • You are passionate about facility management and have experience with technical and infrastructure facility management services in a retail property, as well as working with suppliers.
  • You have completed a technical or commercial education and have additional qualifications or first experience in facility management, preferably as a career starter.
  • You have knowledge in project management: from planning and execution to control and completion.
  • You work in an organized and independent manner and are open to new solutions always with a focus on sustainability.
  • You have good analytical skills and knowledge of common IT tools in facility management.
This is what your day looks like with us

  • You support facility management in controlling and managing all facility management (FM) aspects in one or more IKEA units, in order to increase the value and efficiency of each property in a sustainable manner.
  • You ensure that each property is properly managed throughout its entire life cycle including safety, compliance with laws and regulations, maintenance and optimization.
  • You plan, organize and coordinate the agreed facility services of the overall service provider throughout the property.
  • You take on project management for FMrelated services within your area of responsibility, as well as for repair and modernization measures.
  • You create reports within your FM area of responsibility, such as energy consumption, waste management and cost tracking. You are responsible for maintaining inventory and operating documentation.
  • As part of your supervisory and control duties, you monitor the external personnel of the service provider deployed in the properties. Through quality checks
