At the earliest possible date, we are looking for two social pedagogues (m/f/d) for a residential home for people with support needs (30 hours/week, permanent).
Bull Hollow is a diakonic company. We are close to the people. We base our actions on the values of social work and diakonia. We are committed to innovative developments. The participation with assistance division is regionally oriented. In the Hamburg region, we offer outpatient and inpatient housing and support services for people with neuropsychological disorders.

In the residential home "Bramfelder Chaussee," a multidisciplinary team supports twelve people with acquired brain injuries in their daily lives.


Your profile

  • You have a degree in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification.
  • You act responsibly and are able to work independently and flexibly.
  • Ideally, you have experience in working with people with acquired brain injuries and their nursing needs.
  • Your attitude towards clients is consistently personcentered, resourceoriented, and appreciative.
  • You possess organizational skills and are open to acquiring new areas of knowledge.
  • You appreciate the benefits of shift work (24/7) and having days off during the week.

Your tasks

  • Personcentered and goaloriented support for people with acquired brain injuries based on individual support planning.
  • Personal, organizational, and administrative tasks.
