Annual gross income during the graduate program:

Master's graduates: 52,000 euros

Bachelor's graduates: 48,000 euros


As an HR Graduate, you will work closely with our experienced HR experts and gain valuable insights into the working world of an international company.

You will be part of a dynamic and dedicated team focused on supporting our employees and managers.


Your responsibilities:


  • Assisting in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
  • Managing HR systems and databases
  • Supporting the HR team in handling various HR topics such as onboarding, performance management, and employee development
  • Assisting in organizing and conducting employee events and trainings
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team

What you bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR internships or parttime jobs is advantageous
  • Enthusiasm for working with people and understanding HR processes and strategies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex data into understandable summaries
  • Independent and proactive work style
  • Fluent in German and English
