- 5+ years current experience in production, manufacturing or design of HVAC air conditioning (AC) and manufacturing systems.
- 5+ years experience in project management in an HVAC manufacturing environment, and supply chain expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC refrigeration systems and refrigerants, components, production of air conditioning or air handling units.
- Familiar with special processes such as welding and brazing.
- Knowledge of Electromechanical systems.

Our client is seeking an HVAC Specialist / Foreman who will manage and coordinate the PCA (Pre-Conditioned Air) production and supply chain to ensure on time delivery and defect free PCA units.
Key responsibilities
· Establishing milestones and coordinating with operations and supply chain for timely progress of PCA / HVAC builds. Knowledge of Electromechanical systems is needed for this position.
· Coordinate and conduct real time trouble shooting with the engineering team.
· Own PCA / HVAC projects from beginning to end.
· Partner and coordinate with procurement on material inventory.
· Project manage build progress and coordination of process inspection, and testing.
· Coordinate with planning to ensure milestones of the product build are being followed.
· Utilize the knowledge of sheet metal and refrigeration systems to create optimized operation sequences; and train people on AC unit build concepts.
· Track and report product build progress to plant management.
