*Your responsibilities*As a team leader (m/f/d) for plastic and metal valves, you will be responsible for the following tasks in our modern production and logistics center in the Hohenlohe industrial park:* *Responsibility:
  • In consultation with the department manager (m/f/d), you will supervise the team and coordinate with other departments

* *Communication:
  • You will serve as the technical contact person for the employees in the team

* *Variety of tasks:
  • You will monitor, control, and optimize the quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and process reliability of the assembly area

* *Optimization:
  • As part of your role, you will take on the scheduling and task distribution for the employees in the team

* *Efficiency:
  • You will identify potential for improvement and implement optimization measures in a targeted manner
