Your tasks include:

Responsibility for ensuring the production capability of the syrup chamber, planning and implementing continuous improvement measures, process improvements, sustainability focus, etc.

Responsibility for timely provision of production-relevant syrup for a smooth production process, compliance with specified product standards/qualities and planned quantities.

Responsibility for correct bookings in the ERP/MES system for the syrup area to ensure a functioning company and production control.

Disciplinary/technical leadership responsibility for all assigned employees, including ensuring a functioning process and organizational structure, in particular the selection, qualification, and motivation of employees.

Close collaboration and coordination with internal interface areas (especially production preparation and quality assurance) and active participation in production planning.

Responsibility for compliance with hygiene, occupational safety, energy, and environmental regulations in the entire area of responsibility.

Participation in the creation of maintenance and repair planning and ensuring a functioning investment and maintenance management while adhering to the specified budget.
