For our portfolio company Storage24, we are looking for an HR Representative (m/f/d) at our location in Lorch (full-time, in a hybrid work model).

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for administrative HR processes, maintain digital personnel files and databases, and create HRrelated documents (such as employment contracts).
You will manage payroll and salary data, work with our external service provider, and be the point of contact for employees.
You will accompany the entire recruiting process from job postings to interviews to onboarding.
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations is important to you, which is why you will support, develop guidelines, and advise management.
You can make your ideas a reality: In employer branding, you will contribute to the development and implementation of an attractive employer brand, develop strategies for employee development, and plan team events.

Qualifications:

Regardless of your degree or education, you have practical work experience as a personnel clerk, people operations manager, HR generalist, or HR specialist (m/f/d).
You have indepth knowledge in the areas mentioned above.
You are fluent in German and English.
