Telesis Technologies, Inc. (Telesis) is looking to add a Repairs Coordinator.

The Repairs Coordinator is responsible for the complete management of our Repairs Center.

This includes processing of incoming orders, quoting and updating repairs, communicating with multiple departments, and ultimately, successfully executing and handling the complete repair process from start to completion.

The position is based in
_Circleville, Ohio. _

Purpose:


As a Repair Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to coordinate and execute the repair process for all incoming Telesis systems from internal and outside vendors.

This involves overseeing the entire repair process from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed within the company's expectations and industry standards.


  • Work directly under the supervision of the Service Manager, handling all aspects of the repair process, from initial receipt of materials.
  • Assume full ownership of the Repairs department, responsible for the entire repair process...
  • Check in all repairs using our inventory tracking and logging systems
  • Issue Repair Orders in our ERP/MRP system
  • Fully responsible for PO collection process and updates for all repairs (inhouse/external)
  • Electronically attach all order documents in our ERP/MRP system for repair history overview
  • Send estimates and updated repair RFQs to customers via multiple delivery mediums
  • Update orders with Revised PO's and repair notes and details
  • Successfully and accurately manage all repairs including status updates and completion targets
  • Fully document and track all labor transactions for each order
  • Develop itemized repair lists for each RFQ and update for inprocess repairs when necessary
  • Prepare all finalized repairs for shipment and communicate when those orders are completed
  • Responsible for all outgoing repairs related shipments to customers and distributors
  • Work with distributors to issue and communicate RMAs for warranty returns that require Quality Department inspection and replacement approval
  • Provide customer support and information on new replacements and who to contact for RFQ's
  • Suggest improvements or ideas that will help Telesis better meet the customer's and/or market's needs.
Educational Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2year degree or equivalent from an accredited college, university or trade/technical school
  • Background in technical repairs coordination and/or planning, experience with coding and marking a plus
  • Ability to understand technical tasks, terms, and processes
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift/move up to lbs. unassisted
  • Selfmotivated, with the ability to work well individually, with mínimal supervision, as part of a team
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a timely and efficient manner, meeting the requirements of both the company targets and customer expectations
  • Excellent oral, written and analytical skills required
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
  • Second language a plus but not required
