General Responsibilities:

Under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the ABA therapist will implement individualized 1:1 and group treatment plans for children with autism, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
Collect accurate, systematic data of patient progress in skill acquisition, behavior management, and/or daily living activities for each therapy session.
Complete required documentation in a timely fashion including daily notes, progress monitoring, and other necessary reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required, with a preferred degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
6 months experience as an ABA Therapist, behavior technician, or registered behavior technician preferred
Demonstrate adequate knowledge and understanding of basic ABA principles
RBT certification preferred, but not required (required to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire

Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly proficient with technology, including excel, google workspace, EMR, and CRM systems.
