- Perform tax planning, technical review of selected tax returns such as, but not limited to, business and 1040 tax returns.
- Prepare and review complex business income tax returns
- Monitor tax team to ensure their timely completion and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Interact with clients to consult them on their tax planning
- Work together with company's tax and accounting personnel
- Prepare Compilations and Reviews
- CPA certification required
- 5+ years' experience of working in a public accounting Tax position
- BA degree in Accounting or MA degree in Taxation
- Profound experience in tax accounting, tax compliance and all kinds of tax return operations
- Good experience in customer services area and ability to develop excellent client relationships
- Good knowledge of MS Office and UltraTax
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Analytical skills with close attention to details
- Ability to meet deadlines and find solutions to problems
