- Prepare Taxes for Client Corporations & Consult on Tax Issues
- Perform High-Level Research and Planning according to current laws
- Review and prepare Individual and Business tax returns
- Execute Recommended Tax and Compliance Strategy to Clients
- Collaborate with Firm Executives on Business Development
- CPA in the state of TN required
- Master's Degree in Taxation preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of employment at a public accounting firm, with 7 years being preferred
- Excellent Client Communication Skills and work ethic
