Tasks:

  • Project and customer support on our construction sites in the areas of plumbing / heating / ventilation
  • Management of your assembly and subcontractor team for the contract-compliant implementation of our projects in the areas of plumbing / heating / ventilation
  • Creation of contract-compliant billing bases in the form of measurements
  • Disposition of materials and personnel
  • Direct coordination with planners, architects and subcontractors

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for plumbing, heating, air conditioning and ventilation or a comparable qualification (e.g. gas-water installer, heating and ventilation builder)
  • Additional qualifications are advantageous (e.g. welding courses or senior foreman training)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications
  • Experience with projects in the field of technical building equipment, as well as industrial pipeline and plant construction
  • Knowledge of the German language (at least level B2)
