- Education – Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related area.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in construction safety management roles.
- OSHA 30 - Hour Construction Occupational Safety and Health certification or equivalent.
- OSHA 510 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry certification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in the construction industry.
- Good understanding of Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements.
- Microsoft office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and implement safety policies and protocols to ensure a safe construction environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards at construction sites.
- Lead safety training and development programs for construction personnel.
- Investigate incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations specifically tailored to construction.
- Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
