Full Job Description

Duties & Experience needed in:

• Laying tile & carpet
• Drywall patch & repair
• Painting, interior & exterior
• Basic plumbing knowledge & repair
• Basic electrical knowledge & repair
• Basic Heating, ventilation and air condition knowledge & repair
• Execute routine safety inspections and report/repair issues with equipment or systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests with a sense of urgency and service frame of mind.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
• Future pool maintenance may also be required. _Experience & knowledge is a plus._
• May need to lift up to 75lbs
• General knowledge of power tools.
• All other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you need basic verbal and written communication skills. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift. Previous technical training or job experience is a plus.


Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
