Digitalizing processes is a central task for many companies in the future - professionals with digital skills are therefore in high demand. As a prospective Businessman for Digitalization Management (m/f/d), you will be provided with specialized knowledge in close connection with commercial know-how at BDK IT. This will make you an expert in digitalization in business processes.

Practical experience in the company

During your three-year training at BDK, you will get to know various departments and tasks in the IT department. You will acquire in-depth IT knowledge as well as commercial basics in the management and administration of IT systems and environments. You will act as a link between IT and non-IT departments and learn how to plan and organize projects in an economically and customer-oriented manner.

Vocational school

You will complete the theoretical part of your training in block lessons (two blocks per year, each lasting 6.5 weeks) at the City Nord Vocational School BS28 in Hamburg. The learning fields include, among others:

Integrating clients into networks

Setting up workstations

Conducting software projects

Carrying out procurement processes

Implementing network-based IT solutions

Accounting and controlling
