Description

The EU ATS HR Partner team is a newly established organization that provides HR support for more than 2300 L3+ employees in EU, with plans for further growth.

The team's main focus is to ensure an exceptional experience for both employees and managers.

This senior role will have a generalist scope, but will play a crucial role in taking over high complexity Performance Management (PM) and Employee Relations (ER) cases in the UK and potentially other EU countries.

The selected candidate will become the local HR Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance to the wider HRP and HRBP teams and collaborating effectively with managers as needed.

There will also be opportunities to work on impactful process optimization projects, accounting for approximately 20% of the role. As a start-up organization, there will be ample opportunities to learn, experiment, and establish standardized and scalable processes.

While the primary focus will be on the UK, there is potential for expansion to other EU countries and potential for growth into a managerial role.

About the team

The HR Partner team is responsible for providing HR support to over 2000 L3-L6 employees and managers in various EU countries for the Corporate and Surface Transportation organizations under EU ATS.

The team's goal is to ensure the best possible experience for employees and managers, utilizing the Panorama interface to track cases.
