Contract Recruiter (Temporary) to join our team located at our plant in Appleton, WI.

Your Role:

As a Contract Recruiter you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment for plant-based positions and other roles as needed.

This position regularly manages approximately 30 requisitions. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

Use your market knowledge of trends as it relates to talent and ensure we continue to build our talent pipeline.
Make recommendations for hiring.
Assist in the development and execution of the company's diversity recruiting programs.

We need you to have:

BA/BS in HR or related field.
5+ years of related professional experience across all aspects of Talent Acquisition.
Experience using an ATS, preferably Luceo (also known as CBAT, a CareerBuilder ATS program).
Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Icing on the cake:

Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used in a CPG company or the manufacturing industry.
2+ years of experience in the CPG industry.
5+ years of sales and marketing recruiting experience.
DEI Recruiting Certification.
