East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) has an exciting full time/part time opening for a compassionate, enthusiastic and skilled dual diagnosis Adult Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse office-based clinician for our expanding Behavioral Health Services Division at 610 Wampanoag Trail in East Providence, RI.

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) provides high-quality, comprehensive and accessible health and human services to assist people to achieve their fullest potential while also striving for high employee satisfaction and work-life balance.


Due to the critical nature of this position to both the community and the organization, EBCAP is offering a two-step sign on bonus totaling $2,000 for external applicants.


Our clinician positions are eligible for the student loan repayment program through National Health Services Corps and the Rhode Island Loan Repayment Program as EBCAP has a competitive HPSA Score of 17.
