Compensation:

$51,500 - $58,500 yearly


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor and engage with our audience on social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Help analyze social media data and metrics to track the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the creation of visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos, to enhance social media presence.
  • Stay uptodate with best practices and developments in social media marketing and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide administrative support, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing social media calendars.

Qualifications:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is desirable.
