We are seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL) / Charge Nurse to:
Education:
Preferred - Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
Work Experience:
Minimum - Two (2) years' experience in an inpatient unit.
At least two (2) years of combined work experience and leadership experience may be considered in lieu of two (2) years' experience in an inpatient unit.
Preferred - Three (3) years' experience in an acute care inpatient unit. Relevant RN experience with department-specific patient population.Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact.
Preferred - National certification in relevant specialty
