WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • You will manage the offer management: creating offers including price calculations, tracking offers
  • You will manage the order management: you will process customer orders through our ERP system (entering and managing framework orders, communicating the progress of the order to the customer)
  • You will focus on providing comprehensive support to our Western European customers
  • Managing open tickets in our ticket system
WHAT DO YOU BRING?

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • Fluent in French? (Level C1/C2)
  • That's exactly who we're looking for
  • You have gained experience in comprehensive customer consulting and order processing
  • Microsoft Office and working with an ERP system are no problem for you
  • Technical understanding would be a plus but not a must
  • Reliability, personal development, and openness are just as important to you as they are to us?
