- Analyze residents' demographics and needs to design activity programs tailored to their requirements.
- Engage with residents to identify their interests and preferences, and make necessary adjustments to ensure participation.
- Collaborate with the Lifestyle 360 director to craft recreation program descriptions.
- Ensure timely completion of all required documentation according to state and Five Star corporate policies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in human service or recreation therapy preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
- Ability to effectively lead small groups and facilitate activities
