What can you expect?

  • You will lead construction sites for the remediation of contaminated sites together with the construction management team
  • You will coordinate various trades and subcontractors
  • You will identify and separate different types of contamination in soil and building materials according to sensory analysis, tender specifications, remediation plans, and waste management regulations
  • You will coordinate with the client's construction supervision team
  • You will document the construction process (daily reports, photos, minutes)

What should you bring?

  • You have completed training as a foreman (m/f/d) or have several years of professional experience in civil engineering and/or remediation of contaminated sites
  • You are willing to oversee construction sites, primarily in Saxony-Anhalt, Lower Saxony, and Thuringia, including overnight stays (assembly work)
  • You are a team player and flexible
  • You take responsibility for achieving the goal of the remediation project and the economic result of the project
  • You have a valid driver's license for classes B and C1
