Pastor-Braune-Haus is located in Berlin - Lankwitz.

At your future workplace, there are 7 residential groups, each with 8 children and adolescents with intellectual and/or multiple disabilities who receive assistance.

Our disability support introduces itself

We are looking for YOU as a
group leader for
one residential group as soon as possible for the area of
children and adolescents in full-time (38.5 hours/week) and permanent.

Your tasks include:
- professional and disciplinary leadership of a residential group with 8 children and adolescents with disabilities
- ensuring administrative processes within the residential group
- coordination of team building and personnel development processes
- coordination and responsibility for designing assistance and participation processes
- support and accompaniment of residents in managing daily routines to participate in community life
- individual and needs-based holistic planning of participation goals

You bring with you:
- completed training as a special needs educator, educator, health and nursing care professional, preferably with additional qualifications, or a completed social pedagogical or therapeutic pedagogical degree
- knowledge in counseling, guidance, assistance, and care for people with disabilities
- leadership and organizational experience
- a high sense of responsibility and communication
- a high level of empathy
