With us, you can start your career and study at a university at the same time. The combination of practical experience and theory is the perfect stepping stone for your future.

Starting on September 1st, 2024, you will begin with a pre-internship. On October 1st, 2024, you will start your 3-year dual study program for a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with a focus on signaling and safety technology (m/f/d) at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH in Cottbus. Your theory phases will take place at the bbw University in Berlin. The theory and practical phases will alternate every 3 months. At least 50% of the university courses will be held online. In addition, there will be learning and self-study opportunities through the online learning platform Moodle.

You will acquire specialized knowledge in areas such as material science and design, control and circuit technology, electronic design and digital electronics, measurement technology, signals and systems, electric drives and mechatronic systems, as well as high-frequency technology, optics, and light signal system technology
