The Emergency Department at Hartford Hospital, a tertiary care teaching hospital, is seeking both new graduate and experienced nurses.
To foster the growth of each new RN to the department, a unique mentorship program has been developed to support the transition into our department during each RN's first year here.
In addition to being one of the busiest Emergency Departments in Connecticut, HHED is also an accredited Level 1 Trauma Center, chest pain center and comprehensive stroke center, treating patients of the highest acuity in the region.

Our ideal candidate would have at least one year of inpatient or behavioral crisis nursing experience, and is looking to take on the next challenge in their career.
