American Door and Dock, Inc. is looking for a highly qualified teammate for the Customer Coordinator position in the service department.

Responsibilities:


  • Effectively manage incoming calls & enter service requests into our software system.
  • Work with the department manager to schedule and dispatch technicians.
  • Address problems, questions & service requests in a timely & efficient manner.
  • Confer daily with supervising personnel & customers to determine what needs to be done & where and prepare work orders to guarantee that everything is in place when the job is scheduled to start.
  • Process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers & service technicians.
  • General office responsibilities
  • Attend service department meetings

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
